Every item we handle is carefully tested and verified, ensuring you get performance you can trust - whether you’re buying for home, work, or resale.

Shipping

We always strive to offer a smooth and uninterrupted delivery service. Orders purchased on a given day before 10:30am will be dispatched the very same day. Any orders purchased after this time, will be shipped the following working day. We typically use a next day delivery service for orders over £20. Shipping is always on us and there’s always a little surprise in our parcels!

While we use reliable shipping partners, at times there can be delays which are unfortunately out of our control. For example, a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Parcel has a suggested 24-hour turnaround but can sometimes take up to 5 working days. In such rare cases, kindly use the tracking information provided by email and contact the courier directly if needed. Feel free to reach out to us for further questions.

Customers are also welcome to collect items directly! Please select collection at checkout and purchase the item first to avoid missing out. We are happy to arrange a collection immediately from our warehouse in Acton during working hours.

Warranty

While all items are covered by our full 30-day return policy, customers may occasionally need to go to the manufacturer for warranty. Branded sealed items sold by Rouge Technologies Ltd can come with 1-year warranty direct with the manufacturer, but this depends on the brand. Used or refurbished items are likely covered directly by us by our return policy. In all cases, we remain on your side to assist. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return

We offer a 30-day return policy. We’re happy to accept items returned in the same condition as dispatched, with all accessories. Please contact us via our contact form to start a return. We will ask for photos of the item and serial-number confirmation to help us process your request, and all returns are inspected on arrival.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Where an item shows use beyond reasonable inspection or is missing parts, we may make a reasonable deduction to reflect any loss in value.

Refunds will typically be issued 3-5 working days after being received at our warehouse. We will reach out to you directly if there is anything further to discuss prior to issuing your refund.

Please kindly note that sealed hygiene items, software/media and personalised items are exempted from returns once opened.

Terms & Conditions

Due to previous scams, Rouge Technologies Ltd may require additional information from buyers, such as ID matching the delivery address. Orders from buyers with low or negative feedback will be reviewed case by case.

All items are recorded by serial numbers to prevent fraudulent claims. In case of fraudulent activity, we will work with law enforcement to resolve the matter.

Invoicing & VAT

As a reseller of both brand new and used goods, we purchase items under both the Global Accounting VAT Margin Scheme and the VAT Standard Rate Scheme.
