Brand new sealed Apple devices typically come with a 1-year full warranty with the option to purchase AppleCare. While we use reliable shipping partners, at times there can be delays which are unfortunately out of our control. We offer a 30-day return policy on items. If items are returned used or unsealed, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Items returned in the original condition as dispatched will not incur a fee. Change-of-mind returns will also have postage fees deducted.
